About CSV

The Bay Area of California is home to approximately 10,000 Cornell alumni who live and work in a lifestyle of technology and entrepreneurship the world defines as "Silicon Valley". To better serve these alumni, the University launched Cornell Silicon Valley (CSV), in 2000. (CSV) extends the vision of Cornell's first techpreneur, Ezra Cornell.

For Alumni:
CSV helps alumni make useful connections with each other, and with Cornell faculty, staff and students who are breaking new paths daily in the development and applications of new technologies.
